Hi, I will be arriving in Vietnam from Cambodia by road at the Phnom / Tinh Bien border. Will the immigration officials there be able to accept the approval letter and ‘On Arrival Form’ as a valid visa application and will they be able to stamp it to allow me entry to Vietnam? Thanks. we suggest that you wait until you have a confirmed arrival date to apply for a visa since it is impossble to make a change once your visa is issued. Moreover, since you are coming to Vietnam overland from Cambodia, you will need to contact Vietnam embassy in Cambodia for obtaining your visa to Vietnam in advance.
