Hi, I have been to Vietnam for more than 5 months now and would like to go to Singapore. My visa will be expired at 28.11.2012. Can I come back to Vietnam using Visa on Arrival on 29.11.2012? My homecountry is germany. Thank You Stephan Wasielewski
