Please ensure that you double-check the information you provide for your e-visa application, including names, passport numbers, dates of arrival and departure, and ports of entry and exit on the official/government website. We are not responsible for any errors or mistakes made during the e-visa application process.
3. The fee paid on our website is for the expedited e-visa processing service only. You will also need to pay a $25 USD fee for the e-visa when you apply on the official/government website. (This is for expedited e-visa service. For a new e-visa application, The e-visa fee of $25 USD is already included)
4. The estimated visa delivery time provided is based on our last 30-day on-time rate and is subject to various factors beyond our control. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, we cannot 100% guarantee the exact delivery time of your visa. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or additional document requirements. Please note that fees are not refundable in case of delays. If possible, it is advised that you do not book your flight before receiving your visa!
Note: If your visa is delayed by more than 24 hours from the expected delivery time, you will receive a full refund.
5. The e-visa application on our website is for tourism purposes only. If you want a business visa or other type of visa, please do not proceed.
6. For visa on arrival, our fee does not include the $25 USD stamping fee, which must be paid in cash at the Vietnam airport. Additionally, the approval letter is typically issued in groups, meaning your name will appear alongside other applicants on the same letter.
Cancellations and Refunds:
7. The time displayed on our website is based on the local time in Vietnam (GMT +7). Please ensure that you enter the arrival date using local Vietnam time.
8. Our expedited e-visa processing fee is non-refundable. Please ensure that you understand the process before proceeding with payment.
9. Our service is deemed completed upon sending the e-visa to the email address provided during the application process. If you do not receive the e-visa within the expected timeframe, it is your responsibility to notify us (by email). Failure to inform us within 3 days will result in the service being considered complete. We are not liable for any delays or losses arising from incorrect email addresses or failure to notify us of non-receipt of the e-visa via email.
