Me and my girlfriend will be having a layover at ho chi Minh city from Sydney to London for 8 hours. Will we need a visa for this? I hold an UK passport while my girlfriend has an Australian passport. On the return leg, we will be having an layover at ho chi Minh again from london to Sydney for 13 hours. W will leave the airport for few hours. Will we need a visa for this? So overall, is it better for us to get an multiple entry visa and what is the price for this? Many thanks.

Dear Matt,

Be kindly noted that no transit visa is required if your transit is less than 24 hours. For the second transit, you should apply for a visa if you would like to leave the airport for out.
